FC Custom Printing

  • What types of garments can you screen print on?

    Our screen printing services cover a variety of garments including t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and tote bags. We also print on other flat fabric items. However, we do not offer embroidery services at this time.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    We require a minimum order of 25 pieces per design. For larger quantities, we offer bulk discounts to our customers.
  • How fast is your turnaround time?

    Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days for most orders. We pride ourselves on efficient production. For clients with tighter deadlines, we also provide rush order options.
  • Can I supply my own garments for printing?

    We welcome customers to provide their own garments for printing. However, we need to conduct an inspection first to ensure the items are suitable for our screen printing process.
  • Do you offer design services or help with artwork?

    Our in-house design team is available to assist with refining existing artwork or creating custom designs from scratch, based on your requirements.
  • What file formats do you accept for artwork?

    We primarily work with vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or PSD files may also be suitable, depending on the specific design requirements.
  • Can you match specific Pantone colors?

    We offer Pantone color matching services to ensure consistency in brand colors across all printed items.
  • Do you offer samples before full production?

    We provide sample prints for our clients. These samples are complimentary if the full order is processed. This service allows you to preview your design before committing to full production.
  • Where are you located and do you ship orders?

    Our operations are based in Southern California. We offer nationwide shipping services, and local pickup may be available for customers in the area.
